IBAC is a four time winner of the Monstanto Company Supplier Quality Recogniton Award, and are the largest FIBC laundering facility in the industry.

During the 2007-2008, IBAC reduced over 16 Million Pounds of material from landfills.

• Quality Assurance is achieved through continuous evaluation and training of our employees through all phases of the reclamation process.
• Multiple inspections of your bags is the key to our PROCESS. In addition, RANDOM QA Inspections are carried out on 10% of all bags at each inspection station.
• Quality Assurance has a direct reporting line to the President, Richard Abbott.
• O.F.I. – Any Quality Issue is recognized as an Opportunity For Improvement. Internal action is taken immediately (within 24.0 hours) and with customer approval an on site visit is made within 72.0 hours.
